RLE Installation and Warranty

RLE Technologies offers startup and commissioning services for all of our product lines, including:
- Termination of sensor wires to RLE products
- Product Configuration
- Training and commissioning
Upon completion of the factory startup, the products are tested and basic training is provided.
RLE's standard services must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance.
FREE Technical Support
RLE Technologies provides free phone and email support to customers for assistance with troubleshooting and technical questions. RLE Technical Support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm US Mountain Time, excluding some holidays.
Additional Technical Support Services
RLE also provides installation and configuration support on a fee basis.

- Onsite Configuration: Onsite startup and configuration support
- Offsite Configuration: Configuration at RLE and system shipped to your facility
- Training at your facility: Our Technical Support Engineers conduct training classes at your facility
RLE Product Warranty
Every RLE product is accompanied by a one year warranty against defects in product materials and workmanship. RLE offers programs that can extend the standard one year warranty. Please contact us for details.
Wire Installation
Usually a local electrical contractor will run power, signal wires or network cable (if required) from the equipment and sensors to RLE products being installed.
In this case, RLE will provide the electrical contractor with the necessary information, including how many wires to run from each piece of equipment and/or sensor as well as the recommended wire gauge.
