Falcon Relay Replicator
Dry contacts are frequently used to send alarm signals to remote panels, remote monitoring systems, and building management systems. Although these dry contact outputs are designed to be wired to one remote system, users often want a dry contact output wired to two or more different types of alarm systems.
It is not desirable to split or splice one set of relay wires and route them to two remote panels. The panels' internal components and PC boards may be damaged. The signal should be split into two electrically isolated outputs before being sent to multiple remote panels. Monitoring System Solutions The RLE Relay Replicator (RR Series) converts single dry contact signals into multiple isolated dry contacts. This allows a dry contact alarm signal to be routed to multiple systems. The Relay Replicator interfaces with any equipment, device, or panel that uses dry contacts as communication signals. Each unit receives from five to twenty signals, duplicates and isolates each signal, and outputs from ten to forty signals.
